Robin provides organizational evaluations that review the day-to-day operations determining best Healing-Centered practices and procedures for ensuring the agency's mission of employee culture is being met. Depending on the size of the agency and number of staff, evaluations may occur for multiple days/shifts. Employee and supervisor surveys will be provided as well as a detailed report discussing findings and recommended solutions.
